Terms of service

1. The agreement

These terms are between you and COMIC CULTURE LTD, trading as ComicFlow. Using the site or an account means you accept them. If you do not, do not use the service.

You must be 18 or older. Much of this catalogue is adult material, and access to it is gated on your saying so. We do not verify your age and we do not ask you to prove it; saying you are 18 when you are not is a breach of these terms.

2. What you get

A licence to read the comics available to your account, on your own devices, for your own use. That licence is personal and non-transferable. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly display or scrape the artwork or text.

Downloading episodes for offline reading is part of the service and is covered by the same licence — a download is a convenience, not a transfer of ownership.

Catalogue availability changes. Series arrive, and occasionally a series is removed because a licence ended or a rights holder asked. We do not promise any particular series will remain available, including one you bought individually — see §5.

3. Free reading, and what it is

Some series are free in full and some open with free episodes; you need no account to read those. Free access is a genuine part of the product, not a trial, and it is not time-limited. We may change which episodes are free.

4. Subscription

Premium costs $4.99 a month or $49 a year, charged in advance to the payment method you give us, and renewing automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Cancelling takes effect at once on our side and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing further is charged after you cancel. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee, and no retention flow — you can do it from your account.

We may change the price. If we do, we will tell you before it applies to you, and a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for. Continuing after the change takes effect is how you accept it; cancelling before then is how you do not.

5. Buying a single series

A single series costs $3.99 as a one-off payment. It does not renew and it does not expire. You keep access for as long as you have an account and the series remains in the catalogue.

That last clause is the honest limit of what we can promise: if a rights holder withdraws a series we have to remove it, and we cannot license it back to you alone. If that happens to something you bought, write to us and we will refund it.

6. Your account

One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under yours and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

We may suspend or close an account that shares credentials, redistributes content, attacks or overloads the service, or charges back a payment for content that was delivered. Where we close an account for something other than a breach, we refund the unused part of any subscription period.

7. What we do not promise

The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Where we are liable, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. The date at the top is when this version was published.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes go to its courts. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim there.
